Great job to everyone who survived week 1 of conditioning! I know I am sore! Here is a workout schedule for those of you who want to continue on throughout this weekend so you aren't starting over next week.
Friday - Rest!!!
Saturday - The weather is supposed to be nice - get out and run at least a mile
Sunday - 7 Squats, 7 Burpees - repeat as fast as you can 7 times
Monday - 5 squats, 5 push-ups, 5 sit ups - repeat as fast as you can 20 times

Blue Team plays Tuesday @ 6:45. Be there by 6:30.
White Team plays Wednesday @ 6:45. Be there by 6:30 (and if your really crazy - join us for conditioning first!)
