Saturday - 5 pushups, 5 squats, 5 situps - 20 rounds
Sunday - 100 burpies for time - AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!! You can do this - I know you can!!!
Monday after conditioning is a meeting for ALL Juniors and Seniors interested in trying out for soccer. Please make sure you are there at 4:10 for our meeting. Upstairs - Social Studies hall.
