Weekend Workouts 4

Great job for looking here to do your weekend workouts!  Tryouts are about 3 weeks away - Keep up the great work!  Complete the following workouts and keep your time.  Comment here or on the Facebook page and tell me your time for each.

Saturday - 5 pushups, 5 squats, 5 situps - 20 rounds
Sunday - 100 burpies for time - AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!  You can do this - I know you can!!!

Monday after conditioning is a meeting for ALL Juniors and Seniors interested in trying out for soccer.  Please make sure you are there at 4:10 for our meeting.  Upstairs - Social Studies hall.
