Weekend Workouts 5

Here we go again!  Do it and record your time!  You all are awesome!!!!

Saturday - 21-15-9 of air squats and push ups for time - (21 air squats 21 push ups, 15 air squats - 15 push ups, 9 air squats - 9 push ups)

Sunday - 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Burpies and Sit ups (10 Burpies - 10 Sit ups, 9 Burpies - 9 Sit ups, etc...)

Tryouts start Feb. 28th.  Make sure all paperwork, physicals and fees are turned in by then!!!
